| All orders are shipped with International Airmail from South Africa. All orders are shipped within 2 working days and international deliveries normally take 14-21 days, but to certain countries it might take longer.
Please note that any import duties and taxes would be your responsibility. Also ensure that you are allowed to import arts & crafts since they are made of wood, reed and grass which might not be allowed in your country.
Should any item be damaged in transit, we would gladly replace it once we receive notification thereof. We would need a report describing the extent of the damage, as well as some pictures. Bear in mind that each article is hand made and never duplicated. The appearance and colour of any item ordered on our website might thus differ slightly from the pictures shown. No exchanges would thus be considered. |
